Electrical Convertible top goes up but not down

So My top goes up but won't go down or even make a noise. I replaced the switch but it didn't fix it. Any ideas?

Run 12 volts directly to the pump and see if the motor operates in both directions.

No, it should be behind the rear seat... Or you could move the curtain in the back of the trunk and see if its in there...

Pop the switch out on the dash and find the power wire, IIRC there is a wire for up and one for down, jump the hot lead to one then the other and listen for the pump to run. I should add to release the top latches when doing these tests.
Oh wait, there's more.
Pull the well liner and you'll see the pump and some plastic lines, look for oil in this area, there are two rams, one on each side.
Is the top down now?
