My convt. top recently starting making rattling noises as I drive over bumps. Is it hard top remove the top and see what's going on or do I have to take the car to an upholstery shop??

I have some rattling from back there somewhere too, but I haven't pinpointed it. It might be easier to take the trunk liner out. I think you can see most of it from that side.
Every once in a while I hear some noise in mine but what the hell, it's a convertible so put the top down an enjoy it. I know eventually mine will also leak when it rains...
I had a little "rattle-y" noise from the 'b-pillar' area of my top...but by reaching around the area with the top down I saw (well felt really) a loose bolt...snugged it up and have been rattle free for a couple years...
