Just fishing here. So the problem is my top will go down but will not go back up. It is a new top. Was wondering what the problem might be....? if anyone has any insight that would be great.
This is a long shot, but I had a similar problem when I bought my vert. It ended up being a broken plastic attachment on one of the hydraulic arms, which allowed it to catch and push the top up, but not pull on it. Simple to check if both arms are connected with a flashlight and the top up while a friend activates the top switch.
