K so basically i was racing at the track on the weekend and nothing seemed to be wrong or anything but today im changning oil and notice that my coolant level is almost a inch lower than it was the day before i went, and heres the part i dont get Cant see any leaks down in teh valley under the manifold, nothing on the sides is showing leaks and its totally stumped me.

I guess the weeks leading up to this its been very humid here and my exhaust had been dropping alot of condensation(at least i figured it was since it wasnt green) and dont know if that would contribute to the coolant leaking into the cyclinders and being burnt off...

What were you looking at to determine "an inch lower"? After some long drives are spirited runs some coolant may remain in the engine block and may not return to the reservoir. I wouldn't be too concerned unless you had heating issues.

well my reservoir was that inch lower than the add line.. I mean the car had been sitting for over 12hrs after i had gotten back from the track and i checked it in the middle of the afternoon. It still bothers me though cause i cant see how i would be losing coolant.

Its been like this for a little over a week now, slowly losing coolant after each day i drive which leads me to think head gasket. Wouldnt a pressure test show where I'm leaking?

Oh btw a week before it was humid as hell for a week and i noticed my exhaust had quite alot of condensation coming from it.

You may want to check on this?

Check out this link. You may have the same problem. Make sure you read each thread (especially my thread under GT Tommy) so you will have a clear understanding of what you are dealing with. Good luck, Tommy.
