Well I have an 06 GT and tonight after I parked the car I noticed fluid coming from the bottom of it. I thought it was just run off from the air conditioner and paid no mind. However I drove it again and didn't have the air on and when I parked it the car was pissing itself. I tasted, awww crap, popped the hood and the coolant was boiling over out of the coolant reservoir. The car never gave any signs of overheating and the gauge is right where it is supposed to be. Now just to say right up front that I am not a mechanic and know very little but this would lead me to believe that the thermostat is faulty and possibly stuck in the open position. Also I plan to flush the system so can anyone tell me how much the coolant system holds. My car got broken into a few months back and they stole everything to include the owners manual. I would like to know if I should be looking at something else or if I am on the right track? Any ideas or guidance would be very helpful. Thanks
