Coolant System treatment

anyone know of any good coolant sytem treatments, i flush my system about 3 tumes and the coolant still aint bright green, it is still darkish i used the prestone flush which i think was colored water. So does anyone know of any good get the job treatments or flushes

It's not anything you're doing. It sounds like your radiator. My buddies 78 Mustang's coolant kept coming up brown/black after a while. He took his rad out, had it acid flushed and cleaned at a radiator shop, then installed new hoses and coolant and everything was fine afterwards.

Also...backflush your heater core. That holds crap in it too.

Really? Mine does the same. Someone told me that it might be a rusty block, wasnt really sure about that. Thats good to know, I need to replace my waterpump on Friday. But those two are next on the list right now. I need to get this cooling thing taken care of. An electric fan would be nice too.
