Which is the correct amperage fuse to use for the power seat,cigarette lighter, and lumbar support in my 1995 GT? It is the third fuse from bottom on the left side of fuse block. Is it 20A or 30A? Thanks.
I just double checked a factory source and it noted a 20 amp fuse. Is your source reliable and is the factory literature known to be incorrect? I ask because typos happen (I don't doubt your source is better than mine) but I don't want to supercede a recommendation with a higher rated fuse (obvious fire hazards) without knowing it's bonafide good info.

Interesting. I must not be understanding something. My owners (glovebox) manual, the Factory Service manual, Factory EVTM, and TMoss' schematic all show a 20 amp fuse.
I would stick with the 20 amper because we all know that it's easy to blow the circuit protection when a dime falls into the lighter receptacle. I would not want to run an extra 120-150 Watts of power through the wiring.
i might be way off here but is thier a 20 amp cb on starter motor relay? I do see 30 amp in never models in the battery junction box and a 15 amp in the central junction box?

the list says cavity #3 should be a 30 amp green in color fuse.power seat,cigar lighter.
but,the small diagram of the fuse box with the list shows a 20 amp fuse in the #3 cavity.

Davis3 is correct. My Chilton and owners manual show the same mistake! The diagram in the books show a 20A fuse, but the description of what the fuse protects ( cigarette lighter, power seat, and power lumbar) reads 30A? The same typo is in both books. FYI I gambled and put the 30A fuse in and now the power seat and cigarette lighter finally work! Could someone please just look in the fuse block a see what size fuse is in that slot. NO manuals, NO diagrams just what amp fuse you have. Thank you.
