Could someone please help me with code 34

I ran the codes today and I got a 34 and a 96 on the continuous for the key on engine off test. I dont understand the code 34, could someone please explain to me what this is? The code 96 says something about the fuel pump I think...my car is running fine and starting normal so I dont know what this could be.
Any help would be appreciated!

96 (O) Fuel pump monitor circuit shows no power - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits

On mass air cars the eec monitors the power to the fuel pump relay. If your car was swapped to maf from sd either the wire isnt connected or there is just a elec problem.

34 EVP - (R) EGR did not respond properly during test - EVP
EVR - (O, R, M) EVP sensor is/was high - EVR
PFE - (O, R, M) PFE sensor is/was out of range - PFE

This may be a egr problem not sure.

I had a code 34 two weeks ago. Pulled the EGR valve off, cleaned off the exhaust build-up on the valve and seat, replaced unit. No code 34 since.

Finally, something I could fix without spending money!
