I would piece those together in the modelI have been looking to upgrade to something bigger/can print nylon x. May wait to get something a bit more hefty like a Lulzbot taz6. I use SOLIDWORKS.

I’m not sure I understand, I had only broken them up to get on printer. The whole model is pictured above. Though I feel like you meant something different...I would piece those together in the model
I have not used solidworks but in fusion I can create purposeful breaks in the model so they piece together perfectly, you can literally puzzle piece them togetherI’m not sure I understand, I had only broken them up to get on printer. Ah yes, sorry. That’s what I had done in this instance. Normally I’ll create extruded boss/cuts to fit nicely but was excited to get on the printer. Rev 2 will be on tomorrow, pretty excited. Then mold making time! Solidworks has some trickery that if done right can layout 3D faces to flat pieces... would make the layup a bit easier.I have not used solidworks but in fusion I can create purposeful breaks in the model so they piece together perfectly, you can literally puzzle piece them together
