Coupe rear seat fit in a convertible?

A potential buyer wants to know if the rear seat from my LX coupe will fit in the back of his daughters convertible...

so does it?

I don't think so. The convertible seat is a little different. The top half is made to fit a metal bracket that goes across the top of the seat.

No. 5.0 Nostalgia is right. The bottom just pops into a metal braket and there is a metal frame the back of the seat attaches to and the pump for the top is right behind that. Very similar setup to the old coupes and verts (65-68 that I know of). Could you fabricate something and make it fit, maybe, but not worth the trouble.
