Looks like a '95 Cobra R style hood. You can get them from lots of places. www.cervinis.com for one.

The reason why I asked about this one was on most that I see the sides to the cowl portion are more vertical instead of at an angle like on this one.

That hood with the 03-04 cobra bumper is the best look for the 99-04 stangs hands down.

How tall is your hood? On Cervini's site they only show to have a 3.5 inch cowl hood in the 95 R Style, whereas yours looks to be 2.5 inches. It my just be the angle at which the picture was taken however.

I disagree, but the hood design looks decent.

I think the 01' cobra bump looks better than the 03' 04' one. me personally it's just a cleaner, smoother bumper. the fog lights stick out like bug eyes on the 03'04' one. I stuck with the 01'?? added the Mach1 chin spoiler though.

I think the cervinis looks close to the HO hood I have.
