take the wipers off... been awhile but screws or pushpin affairs along the firewall area under hood.....watch the cowl corners the most, but just start popping it up from the corners towards the middle...as it just snaps in place... be mindful of your window washer tubes or those little rigs as a hose is connected. I snapped one of em.
I removed it a few times over for my FP gage I mounted to it..
