I just lowered my car 1.5 inches a couple days ago and waiting for it to settle to get an alignment. I've read that the crank bolt kit (a.k.a. cam bolts) will return your alignment back to stock settings like CC plates but without the adjustability if you want to autoX/road race/etc. I'm just wondering who has done this and why this isn't more popular as more people I'm sure just want less tire wear with CC plates than roadracing performance. 12.99 each at NAPA so roughly $30 bucks for two is a much cheaper alternative to 150-200 dollar CC plates. More info on these anyone?

Well the bolt have been around for years.......

Just now all of sudden everybody sells them......H&R, Eibach.

I run the Napa ones on my 89, ZERO problems at all.
All the CC plates give you is wider range and CASTER adjustment.

On my GT I went with MM CC plates just to play safe on the bumpsteer issue. ( you lessen bump with CC plates)

So it all up to your future mod list......
