Fuel Crank Won't Start

1997 gt 4.6l v8, car died in traffic turn over no start, thinking it's fuel pump, no sound when I turn the key, any tests I can do before I break it down

Confirm key on power to the trunk mounted IFS switch.

IF no power the problem is upstream (fuse, CCRM, ignition switch, ground).

IF power the problem is down stream (fuel pump, fuel pump driver module, PCM, ground).

A little update it started this evening when I got home from work.Yesterday I neglected to say before it cut out in which running at 140mph,is there some sort of cut off for high flow fuel

Once again no start,quick question what replacement fuel pumps are used in this model

Check your codes and wmburns post before you buy a pump. No need to throw money at the car when you don't know the problem.
