Well here is my problem, the dealership I bought it from is almost 100 miles away and I dont really want to drive all the way there. Do you think they would let me get it repaired by a ford dealership and they pay the bill or something?

Had the same problem and replaced:

Shocks
Struts
Tie Rod Ends
Ball Joints
Sway bar bushings
Sway bar end links
Steering rack bushings
Steering rack gear tube brackets.

STILL HAVE THE CREAK. Next: A-Arms, CC plates, Springs.

Any chance this noise could be coming from the steering rack itself? Its kind of a grind/creak/pop noise while turning sharply at low speeds and particularly when going in reverse like backing out of a driveway.
