So I have some plans for a custom interior in the pace car and decided to start with the gauges and dash. Here is a sneak peek at the gauge bezel I have been working on. Let me know what you think.

It may just be me. But I hate the look of carbon fiber. Maybe if it were black...

^coming from the guy who just "chromed" his tail light bezels

to the OP, i think it will fit nicely with the 4-eye style dash, and you probably saved a considerable amount of $ over a Florida5.0 or something along those lines, keep us posted!

That's a pretty "spiffy" lookin' piece you got there. Bet you could sell em' like hotcakes... hell, I'd be first in line! But you'd have to cut out the turn signal arrows for me so I'd know which way I'm turning.

I think that looks awesome . Are you going to make the panel that goes above the glove box as well? I look forward to seeing pics after it is installed. You definitely have some talent.

Yes, I already made the passenger side panel that matches I just didn't post it because I wasn't sure if anyone cared.

Maybe I missed it, but is that true carbon fiber? That stuff is pretty pricey, right?

Yes, it real carbon fiber. However, the gauge plate bezel is machined with aluminum and then the sheet of carbon fiber is bonded to the front. So its not 1/4" solid carbon fiber, that would be really expensive.

I'd like to place my order now, I have a certain car in mind. I think it is perfect for a foureye, especially for that pacecar. Very nice.
