A Dyno tune is the quickest easiest way to do it

That word ... B E S T .. is gonna mean different things with different peeps :Word:

You really only got two basic options
1) Pro Tune
2) Self Tune

I do the self tune thing myself

I've really enjoyed getting to learn what makes my little 95GT tick

IMHO ...only YOU could answer if you might like to do the same

As for having someone else do it

I'd want to know MANY peeps with a 94-95 Stang were happy with their
tuning abilities or they were satisified customers you could say

I turn my own wrenches and tune my Stang myself
cause
I'm a bit paranoid about anybody else messing with it

That is just me and don't make that kind thing right for everybody

No matter who tunes it ...........
if done right
It ought to drive close to a little stocker & make more power to boot

A shop that knows what they are doing and has a dyno will be your easiest route. But just like anything else on a Mustang this is not cheap. To me it was well worth the money though. I picked up quite a bit of hp, driveability and gained a few mpg.

I self tune as well, me and grady are on the same boat there, If you are pretty much done adding power to your car and don't have any plans on making major changes having a pro do it is probably your best bet.

That being said, if you have more plans for your car, maybe looking into self tuning would be a viable option because going to a pro every time you make a change can add up quick.

I use a TwEECer myself, while there is a learning curve to it if you will to take the time and read a lot and research it can be quite enjoyable. Its nice being able to do a mod then go drive and tune without having to setup an appointment. I was amazed on how much better my car drove after I tuned it, I didn't even realize that it was running THAT bad until I saw how smooth it could run after a tune. It didnt run that smooth stock.

So its really up to you as the others have said, if you willing to learn and read ALOT as it can be confusing at times I would suggest self tuning.

Ive thought about self tuning, what would be some options if i decide to go with the self tune, do you think i should run a wideband? also about how much does it run. i figure it will probably cost upward of 1200 bucks to get all of the software and a laptop.

Well you pretty much have to have a wide band in order to tune it properly. I would suggest the tweecer r/t and the software is free for it, you just need a laptop to run around with. It is a lot of cost to start with but now I am very glad I did it, I tweak my tune whenever i need to and Ive added methanol injection just need to do some data logging and tune it to gain 40hp just like that.
