Hey guys I'm trying to figure out what heads are on my 5.0. The only casting number I can see is 0M12, anyone know what these are?

Stock heads for that year are E7's. Not the worse of the "smog" era heads but far from the best. They can breathe with some work, but you are really better off with something better.
