As far as ports, I'm not sure who does the best 4V head work, but I have asked the same question about the FR500 aftermarket ford racing heads. Apparently on forced induction, the factory 03-04 Cobra heads are the absolute best. They're supposed to have the flattest torque curve and the best potential for top end too.
