Dam distributor is stuck can't get it out...

Trying to swap old intake for trick flow but can't get the damn distributor out! Any ideas?

Soak it good with Liquid Wrench or something like that around where it contacts the block. Wait a while and lightly tap around on it and then see if it has loosened any.

Good luck as some times they can be tough to get out.

if that doesn't work get a big hammer. j/k I tried that trick like above and it took several tries but it eventually worked.

yeah smack it a little then put grease on it where it contacts the block make it easier to get out next time so i was told. Mine was a real bitch to get out it may take a lot of perswasion (SP? lol i think i'm waaaaaay off on that one)

Thanks guys. I did just that and wriggled like hall and it finally came lose after several minutes. Sheesh!
