Dash lights out and I can't fix them, changed all bulbs, computer, all switches, I am stumped

Hi everyone,

As I said in the title all of my dash lights are out. I have already done the following:

Changed all bulbs
Changed headlight switch
Changed dimmer switch
Changed engine computer

I have not been personally doing the work. A good friend of mine is a professional car stereo installer so he is very good with wiring and working on car interiors. After changing all this, with no success, I am asking the board for help (yes, I should have come here in the first place...that is a different story)

Get the helm inc electrical book for your year and just trace the wires.

Also make sure to check the connector that goes to the headlight switch.

Have you checked your dimmer switch?...for thr light panel...

Hey, I checked the dimmer switch, replaced it in fact. I think I have a manual, will use it. I know he traced the wire with a test-light. Is there a foil on the back of the cluster that might be at fault?

The instrument cluster circuit is a thick plastic sheet with copper traces on it to connect the components. If it is broken, it cannot be repaired by any method I know of.
1.) Does the instrument fuse have voltage on it?
2.)Does the dash voltmeter work? If so, you know that the panel is getting voltage.
