has anyone one removed a dashbord in a 65 coupe i need to remove one for painting the dash , is hard and what does it intake of

You can't remove the dash itself from a 64.5-68 (i believe) mustang because it is welded in place. the 69+ cars have the removable metal dash. I assumed you meant the metal dash instead of the dash pad or gauge cluster. BTW I'll move this over to tech.
