Dealership wont replace 3rd Brake Light...

Hey everyone! Got some good news!

With the help of "Kilgore Trout's" article about fixing the brake lights, the dealer replaced it for me.

The article said that many people have their lights replace under warranty and that the dealers actually replaced them... HA!!!

The article also said they are CRACKS and not scratches!

So...the service manager called Ford to ok everything and they installed one in about 10 minutes for me! (I watched)...

Thanks for the help! I have a brand new light and it looks great! No more white cracks to look at every time I open the trunk!

I have already put tons of wax on the light. I am thinking about putting the
3M clear "bra" film on it... What do you think?

Thanks again guys! I am so happy that they HAD to give in!

Oh man, I would love an '06 GT- black with red interior to match the '65... I couldn't sell the '04 if I tried... Resale is horrible!

Trade-in is about $18k on KBB and $20k on Nada- try getting that from a dealership though!
