I just have my deck mill .006 off the problem I am having is all my 7 holes is under the deck around .004,but my number one bore is .008 past the deck,the bottom of that bore is .004 and the top is .008 or more and on the right side if it too.Did they mess up my deck or not?Is it safe to run that way.Thanks

Sounds like they messed up.
Double check that you have everything torqued properly when you measure.
Some times the piston can rock in the bore, causing odd measurements. I think it would be best to always measure at the middle of the piston (centerline of the pin).
