This is a used Diablo Chip with three position switch (able to hold two tunes with the third position to turn the chip off for "stock" calibration). Diablosport made 3 series of chips, 2 red and one black. The red ones (what I believe are the Delta chips) are obsolete. The black ones are their ChipMaster Revolution series chips made specifically for their CMR tuners which is what this chip is. From my research, it will work on all 1989 & newer Ford, Lincoln, & Mercury EEC-IV / EEC-V ECU systems.
Most Diablo Chip dealers can program this chip for you, for a minimal fee if you just want a basic tune or you can have them dyno tune it. Right now it is setup for my 94 Mustang 5.0L but my car was having other issues so I decided to go a different route with this project. I know the chip is good as I watched the programmer (see below) hook it up to his computer and was able to read and write to it with no issues.
There is a local guy, JR, who owns Full Throttle Performance and he has the equipment to re-program this for your car. Check out his site Mustang Performance Specialists
