Hi all, I have been reading these forums for years. I live in Madeira Beach, FL & have had 3 foxbodies over the course of my life. The 1st car I bought myself when I was 17 was a White 87 LX 5.0 hatchback. My current one is a 1990 White GT Convertible with a ton of power and fun to drive, specs below. I have had this one for about 6 years and have more or less rebuilt the entire thing except for the body. It has survived a rear-ender+front bangup while sitting at a red light, and also the Great Flood of '24 where it went 6 feet under the gulf of Mexico er America er Whatever. Believe it or not almost everything wokred with a bit of time, TLC, and a Dremel. Anyway I have yet to find a reputable mechanic around here plus I'm a DIYer anyway, and this board has been an endless source of knowledge for me. I'm finally joining now as I'm in the process of re-tuning my beast. The original A9P was full of seawater but actually worked once dried out and cleaned up, alas the 20 yr old Diablo chip did not make it so I bought a Megasquirt. That has been going overall very well but I do seem to keep coming up with some issues I may need guidance on and also would like to offer my assitance to anyone else who may need it. So first and foremost - THANK YOU ALL for everything I have learned and I hope I can return the favors. I'm happy to finally be here for real.
