I wouldnt do that. I would use a LMAF or SCT2400 MAF.

It will all depend on how much power you are going to make and how much air your motor can use. The MAFia can be a very useful piece of hardware in the right hands.

It really depends on your tuner. The "best" option is to have a proper sized MAF that has the proper fuel curve dialed in for your flow rate injectors. The Mafia can do basically the same job without having to send your existing MAF to be matched to different injectors. It will get you in the ballpark and then your tuner himself can fine tune it for best performance. If that's what he's comfortable with, then I'd say go for it. 90mm looks to be decently sized for your power level.

MAF.ia's work really great - there is NO downside to them at all. All it does is the same thing that the higher capacity MAFs do electronically, except they do it externally. They are easier to tune and if you use your stock MAF, you can expect to retain stock driveabilty without the MAF pegging. Keep in mind, this is coming from someone who is an SCT dealer. We use them a lot - I have one on my Gen 1 turbo Lightning - with LMAF electronics in a 3" tube - it made 481/635 with the stock engine.

im going to use the mafia, my tuner prefers it and said it will take him less time to tune my car using the mafia than the 90mm lmaf. They want 180 and install is free, im guessing installation must be pretty simple, does it just plug into the stock maf plug? any splicing?
