DiabloSport Predator Mustang Tuner on a 1999 Cobra

Hello everyone I was wonder how much a DiabloSport Predator Mustang Tuner would help my 1999 Mustang Cobra SVT? Would I really get 15 RWHP?

Does anybody know if this tuner is Smog Legal? Or would I have to go back to my stock setting?

Yes, you can achieve 15RWHP with the Predator. I'm not sure what you initially get with the basic "can" tune it has, but when you customize the tune to your mods, that is when you will see the increase in HP and TQ. I got 13RWHP and 12RWTQ when the Predator was dialed in to my mods on a Mustang Dyno. The increase in HP and TQ with the Predator probably would have showed more of an increase on a Dynojet.
