Because the wagon and Granny's Buick just isn't a Mustang?

its funny you say that because until now steeda had the best shifter hands down, but everyone i talk to thats tried a mgw freeggin loves the thing! starting to make me curious.lol

the bad thing about shifters is we can only give openions on our shifters, which most of us like what we got, and havent driven others, we need someone who drove em all and can compare.

also, i dont understand how people miss 3rd gear in a steeda or any other good shifter....they have preloaded springs, all you gatta do is pretty much push the shifter up and it will slide itself into 3rd.

That's all I do.. For the 1-2 shift I hook the ends of my first three fingers over the front of the shifter and just flip it back. For the 2-3 a place the ball of my hand (the meaty part just below the fingers, behind the knucles) on the back of the handle and just push it straight forward. I repeat the process used for 1-2 for 3-4. The 4-5 shift is the only that requires any effort but I am not usually making that shift as fast.

lol um learn how to drive stick...seriously though any of the "big 3" (5.0 / MGW / Steeda) would solve your problem

I think he's got the stiffy shifter covered with his B&M.
