To make a point, yes it did happen at the track. Then I never got to run my car again. It was vandalized.

Instead of comparing car to car and ET to et, less compare power out puts since ETs and cars depend on such a wide range of variables.

Now leaving them stock, are you suggesting that the NPI motored car use the NPI intake and NPI cams? If so, then yes a PI motored car will make more power than the NPI car, no doubting that.

If the NPI car can use the PI intake and PI cams, the PI motored car will not make anymore power than the NPI car. The TBird/Cougars proved this, I went through this in some my above posts.

No way, the PI heads are a better design on both the intake ports and the combustion chambers.

Now the PI heads on a pre 99 shortblock than I can see your point.
