What different types of pistons are there? .. I heard flat top truck pistons will help raise compression is this true? Also are there domed pistons that can be used with a larger cc head to raise the compression so one would not have to mill the heads? What pistons do you guys recommend? Thanks

flat tops, dished, domed,

Look around sites and youll be able to find a piston for your application.
