DIFFERENT TIMING QUESTION

Hey guys, have a vucuum prob, I put a vacuum guage on my car and I am getting about 14 psi, late ign timing? I tried to advance the timing as far as 20 deg. There is no change in the psi. if a retart the timing it will only barely drop the pressure.If I pull a line the pressure still stays the same.Any idea's

try a different blower pulley. J/K (psi is normally indicitive of boost - i think you mean 14 inches of vac).

14" sounds ok. you might have a small vac leak with a cracked line or gasket....what are your symptoms? you can change the vac a bit if you degree the cam, but not so much with changing static ignition (spark) timing (that i know of).
