Fox Dipstick tube and headers???

So, I was going to put the dipstick tube on yesterday (I put the motor in the car couple weeks back) I got it started in the hole, but before I tried seating it in, I figured I better check and see how the header is going to go in... I have Ford Racking shorty heads for the P heads.. well I can't get the header in with the dipstick tube, I removed the tube and I can put the header in fine.. then I tried to put the tub in, I can get it in the hole (not sure how I'm going to get it all the way in... now that header is in way) but now the tube is also hitting one of the header pipes...

So how the heck are you guys installing these things?

anyone else have this? any issues, install or other wise?
