Disc Brakes

Ok everyone, I know this is an old question, but I can't seem to find the answer. I have a 67 Coupe with manual drum brakes. I'm converting to power front disc. I got the booster, master cylinder and valve from Master Power Brakes. I got the complete setup for the front discs off of a 72 Mustang. I know that I ned to change the tie rod end. Now my questions. What brake hoses would work the best? The hoses on the disc brake set up were cut, so I can;t compare them with what I have now. Should I just use '72 hoses? Will they connect up fine? Also, do I need to change anything else? Thanks.

You must use hoses that have the correct fitting for the caliper, in this case the 72 ones. I don't believe you will need to adapt the other end to the hardline fitting of your 67.

If you are going to do a Drum to Disc swap in your 67 to an early 70’s style you might need 1/4 to 3/8 brake fittings as pictured. That’s what I needed for a 68/69 disc swap.
They are used to fit the stock hard lines to flex lines. I used Russell Stainless Flex hoses that connect to the calipers. You might want to look into stainless flex hoses because they cost the same or even less than stock hoses.

i used the 73 hoses on mine, but i dont remember using any adapter fittings and im too lazy to go the garage this second. i'm taking it out in a bit ill check in later

just kidding i checked no fittings. but i did run new lines to the block on both sides. they had the standard ends on them and they're screwed right to the rubber 73's
