hi i have an 1989 mustang that im puting an 8.8 in and i have the rear disc brake setup off a turbo coupe. will i be able to just hook it up and go or will i need a new master sylinder?

Also, check out my cardomain page for more info. Basically, you'll need a 94-95 GT master/booster assembly which should work perfectly with some 73mm calipers up front (now is the time to do it)! The biggie is, offset caliper brackets ($150) to make the calipers line up correctly IF you decide to keep your same track width by swapping in the Mustang axles. You'll need the 3 to 2 port M/C adapter kit that Matt sells on the above site, or Maximum Motorsports sells one also. You'll need to gut and cap your factory prop valve and install an adjustable to change front to rear brake bias. It sounds more difficult than it really is. Not hard at all and the difference between 4-wheel discs, w/73mm up front, and the wimpy Mustang disc/drum setup is night and day! Do it, you'll be glad you did!!
