I didnt want this to come down to this but the seller brought this on himself, I gave him plenty of time to be fair.
Bought a Damper from a guy going by Lightemup
Anybody dealing with this guy better read this thread

That sucks man. Anytime I see "only 500 miles" on a car that looks like the sellers, what that really means is 2000 1/4 mile passes and a lot of time sitting idle.
