I'm switching from down leg to annular. Hows it gonna affect the air bleed circuits? Will I need to fatten up the bleeds or will it even effect them?

Well it wouldn't idle at first. Changed the idle bleed from 73 to 31. Problem fixed. But now it won't rev past 7k, w/ lmter set at 7500. Wtf is going on? I have my rocker @ full turn past zero lash. Is that too far? A guy said 3/4, another said 1/2 and ANOTHER said 1/8 turn. I'm not sure what's going on.

I feel that you are grasping at straws here, but I'll try to grab a few with you. First, are the cam, intake and exhaust all set for that high of RPM?
Second, what happens when it gets to 7k? Does it break up and pop, does it suddenly fall on its face, or does it just run out of go like a black dog on a sunny day? If it is the last, I would be checking the ignition. Either timing or if it is running out of spark power. If the power loss is sudden or rough, then I'd check the valve train adjustment and valve float.

All that assumes you are not trying to spin it so quickly with a 300 cfm 2bbl carb on a stock block.

347 stroker
10.77 : 1
3500-7200 cam
Victor Jr. Intake
210cc Alum. Heads w/ 2.02 valves
MSD Ecurve w/o ignition box
Taylor 10.4mm wires
33* total w/ 10* advance in by 2k
ACDelco plugs
750 Q Series Quickfuel carb w/ annular boosters

Its capable of waayyy more then it puts out. But I can hold it to the floor in neutral and doesn't really do anything weird, it just won't go past 7k. Kinda like valve float really. I'm gonna back the rockers off a half turn and see. Any ideas?

I think you should check the valve springs's specs and call the cam maker to see if they are up to the task. The rockers should have adjustment instructions or be available from the manufacturer too.

I'll shim em up and see first. They have like .900" from seat to open. And a pretty weak open rate. Then I'm gonna degree the cam. I have a gear drive in it and I don't think my machine shop guy degreed it. He had it together way too fast to have done stuff like that.

I love it when someone asks for advice when they already know what they are going to do.

Good luck.
