do fox bodys have tilt steering???

on my 93 Lx, i was wondering if the usually have tilt steering?? cause theres a hole on the bottom side, and i didnt know if it could have been broke off, or they just dont have it?

When they went to airbags the tilt option was lost

Exactly, if you want tilt, then you need a non-airbag steering column. Forgot what year is airbag, but you could swap it out if you want it badly enough.

87-89 were the ones without airbags.....I love tilt steering. The airbag wheels are too big, I like the small early wheels.

Mine does too, but I think there are differences in our columns than in the 87-93.

Not an option on my 92. The holes in the bottom are the screws to remove the cover.

My 88 does and my 90 doesn't and I hate getting in the 90 after driving the GT. Tilt steering in a fox body is nice

Yea exactly. And lets face it, in a foxbody you need to be able to move that wheel up a bit to drive it.

Kinda of a little off topic but there were some pics floating around of a guys 93 Cobra where he swapped in a 98 Cobra Wheel and man it was night and day in looks!
