If I were to add full length headers to my exhaust would I have to get a new tune because of my blower? Also, will they bolt right up to my x-pipe or would I have to do some modifying? thanks
If you get Full length headers, I think you need and short H pipe, minus the cats. That means you would probaly have to turn your O2 sensors off. So, yes.
For full length/longtube headers you need a shorty h/x pipe. You could modify you current pipe but much easier to buy a new one. You can get a shorty pipe with or without cats. You shouldn't need a tune.
I just saw on americanmuscle.com they sell a shorty x-pipe with clamp on cats. It says you can easily take them off. Does anybody know if they are any good. I live in ohio and every 2 years you have to get an e-check for your car. They check for cats.

It's up to you and how well you want your car to run. Not worth the money for a tune for just headers, so you should probably wait and put something else on before the tune.
All depends on the tune you got, but it was probably set up for the exhaust you have.
If it is just a visual inspection, I would just get a catted midpipe. It will not drown your power levels out from just 2 aftermarket race cats, plus you don't have to worry about switching midpipes once every two years.

The description of this mid-pipe says you can easily pull the cats off at the track.Thats the whole reason for buying this particular mid-pipe because you don't have to change out the mid-pipe. It sounds shady, thats why I'm asking about it.
