It'll drone less than the 1 chambers but you'll still have some because chambered mufflers tend to do that.

its when your inside the car right at around 2100 2200 rpms just cruising and it sounds like a lawn mower in your head that about to creampie your brain and whipple liquids out of your ears.

i notice more drone with my mac catback when cruising at a low speed than a highway speed. certain speeds/rpms are gonna be worse but i did do a 450mi drive (each way) and it didn't bother me or my wife at all.

never noticed any drone with the bassani catback I had on the GT but that could be because I had the radio too loud.

Drone is basically a loud humming noise that is constant at certain rpm's.

Take a long highway trip in a car with the PENETRATING drone at a certain RPM range (the range you cruise at highway speed in) and you will "get it".

See he gets it. I love loud cars I always have had loud cars I love the way my car sounds but it drones so loud that I can barely hear the stereo over it when I am between 1700-2300 rpms and thats normal operating range for my car. I just wanna make it alittle quieter and cut the drone out as much as I can.

Magna Flow non-magnapak is almost completely drone free, but is kinda quiet in the car while having a nice rumble outside. I have them on my totally stock 98 GT. Sometimes I wish they were louder, but I drive the car every single day year round, sun - rain - snow. No drone is good for an everyday driver.

almost anyplace that sells muffs and catbacks, also sells cats. you can just have them welded into your h-pipe, and that will quiet ur "drone" down alot.

alrighty good I found a set of BBK cats for $140 a pair so its all good now. I mean I would have hated to get rid of my 1 chamber flows because they have an awesome sound and tone to them. This way I can keep the sound and tone but remove some of the drone.
