Hmmmm, I dunno...23 negative responses in the last 6-months. I'd spend my money else ware if I were you. I don't trust half of the feedback stats on Ebay. It's nothing for them to open a couple of dummy accounts, buy their own parts and give themselves a good rating. Seems to happen with a lot of those company’s that sell the "to good to be true" performance parts.
The description tells it all . . . there's a blue LED inside, and a resistor to limit the LED current. Everything else is pure BS.
Their performance claims are like saying you can plug a special box into any wall outlet and the entire power grid will be stabilized, resulting in better TV reception, brighter lights, a colder refirigerator, and cleaner stereo sound for you and all of your neighbors.
I've got one. I can for sure tell that my headlights are putting out a much higher quality light. Sometimes it even seems that I can almost see THROUGH things! It's amazing.
BUT, don't buy if from that guy, PM me and i'll sell you an even BETTER one!!!
