My friend put one in his 89 coupe. He bought that to replace his stock one. He noticed a huge difference over stock, but it is no where near a pro 5.0 shifter. You get what you pay for ultimately. The pro 5.0s are built like no other. Billet construction is priceless. Fidanza makes good stuff though, go for it. If you are running a factory shifter right now, the Fidanza will rock!!!
