Well? Im just curious how it looks. If it looks silly I'll work on getting rims and lowering the car within the same week. If it's livable maybe I just cruise around with the rims for a little while. Thoughts? I was going to do the standard 18x9 front, 18x10 rear.
I have 18x9/18x10 rims and I am not lowered. What's important is the tire height. The 255/45/18 and 285/40/18 are nearly the same height as the stock tires.
If you don't want to lower, you can go with a taller tire out back to compensate for the lack of drop. 295/45/18 will fit the 18x10 and really help fill up the wheel well.
You might not need to get an adjustable panhard rod. It seems like some people need them and others don't. A lot of it depends on how much you lower the car. I have the Stage 2 Roush suspension and my axle wasn't noticeably shifted to one side. You can lower it and see how it looks; if you need it you should be able to make the adjustment yourself I would think.
08 GT 100% stock with 18"'s - Look fine on it's own but I do like the look of it lowered a little. Typical with Mustangs the rear sits a little high IMO.
