Does anyone have pics of black seats in a black/tan interior?

I'm thinking of getting some black seats and putting in black carpet with a black rear seat delete kit. Thanks.

You've got to be kidding.........I've wanted to do this too, but wondered if it would look to weird or ricey.

Seats are so expensive, so pics and feedback on a comfortable lower costing seat would be great!

I was trying to remember if any "special edition" stangs like Roush, Saleen, etc. used black seats in a black/tan interior, but I don't think they changed the stock color scheme. Saleen may have used black or at least that is the only color of seat that comes to mind........recaro's in black look great, but too pricey.

I havn't done it yet, but my stock leathers are about done, so it's replace the leather covers, or get new seats, and the new seat route is cheaper if you don't get Recaro's or something like that. Corbeau's TRS seats are my plan, can not see why they wouldn't look just fine in a tan interior. Or at least that's what I am telling myself... lol But, if any body has pics... would love to reassure my self...

I was just thinking about this, specifically with the new Summit seats. I've considered switching the interior over to a black/dark gray mix. Would like to find new, or at least reasonably new interior panels instead of redyeing them.

How could those seats even possibly weigh that much? Maybe they mistakenly gave a weight for a pair of seats.

I've gotten some pretty stupid and wrong answers from the support people at Summit, Jegs, etc. That just seems insane.

Anyone try those Kirkey seats from Jegs? Don't seem to be pricy and don't look bad?

I can't believe that those summit seats weight 80 pounds each. I have been looking for some new seat for a while now. I think I am going to get the summit ones if they don't weight 80 pound. And if I get them, I am going to take them down to an upholstery shop here and have something embroidered on them. I don't know what yet, I don't want to make them look ricey. It will just say like Mustang GT or something.

I didn't think there were so many people that wanted to do this as well. Guess we can all thank Ford the retarded 2 tone interior.

I think tan/black looks alright, but all black just rules.

Maybe they said eighteen and not eighty?
*Also thinking about new seats in my tan/black interior. Somebody has to take the plunge and let us see what it looks like.

i did a search and someone on another post said they weight around ~40lbs a piece...the person from summit must have told you the weight for the pair.
