I believe ageclassic.com has one for about $340 (not including S&H). I think I want the same hood for my 94 Gt Vert. They call it the 94-98 SLN STYLE HOOD, it is at the bottom of the page on this link...

Isn't SLN = Saleen because that looks to me like the Saleen Extractor Hood and it looks too smooth for the 03 cobra hood which is a bit more squared. I don't think they make any hood yet from the 99+ for our cars

Must be a lot of "flooding" from those slots---looks like they'd allow water to drain right into the intake manifold area.
Not a good choice if you want to keep a sanitary engine bay on a daily driver.
I had louvers on my Sunbeam Tiger (anyone here even know what that is?), but I rarely drove it in the rain.

there should be flaps on the inside to keep anything from getting in there. Thats hows it is on the 03 cobra. I took the flaps out though, and a TON of hot air vents out those. I dont drive in the rain so its no biggie.
