I'm all grinded down and ready to install tomorrow. Still torn between gapping at .048 or .050. I guess I'll go by what 'The Moss' told me and do .050. Hope this cures my cold start backfire problem.
Put the plugs in and gapped them at .049. I'm very happy with the results. Better pedal response and no more hasitation and backfire at cold start ups. The old plugs were all gapped at .54 when I took them off. They were autolites.
