I have a new 306 in and I noticed there is wet spots on the floor from my exhaust after it has been running and there is a little bit of a white haze coming out of them. It's not real bad, it doesn't seem to do it when I rev it up. I also noticed some fresh oil on the bottom of my block plate so my rear seal or oil pan gasket is seeping a little bit.

When Air and fuel are mixed the by product is water ;)

You will notice that in cold conditions everyones car is smoking a lot of white smoke and summer months you dont see it,

Reason?

The exhaust,

When ti heats up to normal operating temps is evaporates the water and you dont see the steam/condensation,
When its cold you do see it,

Its perfectly normal to see water from the tail pipes,
