The dome light in my 06 looks like it has little cameras or mics? What the heck are these?

I noticed them on mine too, but did not really look into it. I thought they were mini lights that came on upon door opening but lost the thought by the time I exited the car. I'll look through the manual eventually to see what they are about.

...personally, that flat part on the dome light is perfect for a mod or two. Would have even made the perfect spot for the trip computer... the set/reset is just not practical in the deep set gauges. I was thinking compass/Trip/Time and digital wide band/ACT.

They are part of the Anti Theift system, monitor movement inside the vehicle. They will activate 20 seconds after you lock your doors with the fab. Sit in the car with the windows up and lock the doors with the fob, dont move for 20 seconds and then move your hand in front of them, the alarm should go off.
