I always had the driver door on the low side
It is now fixed, here's some pictures:

It took me less than 15 min to do everything.
I didn't really have to remove the fender, and the adjustment was a piece of cake

What do you think?

What did ya do... just remove the bottom and middle fender bolts and shove a chock block in there? That was enough room to access all the hinge to body bolts?

BRILLIANT!

I had to replace the hinge pins and bushing on my driver side door and getting it re-aligned was a pain. I took the fender off without taking the bumper off.
That made access to the bolts a breeze, but I lost my reference for gapping it.

I made the gap a the rear of the door where I thought it should be (I used a paint stick), but I couldn't get the same gap for the fender to door because the top of the fender hits the windshield/moulding/seal area.

I have removed ALL the bolts from the fender, including head light.
As you can see in the picture I managed to block the fender open, if you see what I mean.

This gave me access to the bolts of the hinges.
However, do not remove or undo the bolts too much, you don't want the door to fall off or move too much.

With the door almost closed, I managed to squeeze the hydraulic jack and lifted it.
It was a case of 3 trials before it was set

As I said, piece of cake
