im pretty sure the doorhandles are riveted on so you just have to drill them out but its not that hard of a procress as long as you have small hands and a flashlight
The lock cylinder can be removed by removing the inner trim panel and pulling the lock cylinder retaining clip off, then the actuating rod, or which ever order seems to work. If done carefully, it can be done w/o breaking the plastic clip that holds the rod.
The door handle is riveted with two 1/4 in rivets. Just drill the rivets out and remove the rod and it will come off. Be aware that the 1/4 in rivets and rivet gun may not be easy to find to reinstall. Small bolts can be used if needed.
